Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of the International Academy of Astronautics.
He is the author of six scientific monographs, five tutorials, seven inventions and more than 200 scientific articles and reports.
Experience
1985-2001 – Head of the Laboratory of New Information Technologies of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Fisheries and Oceanography.
2001 – Head of the National Center for Satellite Monitoring of the State Fisheries Committee of Russia.
2001-2004 – Director of the All-Russian Research and Design Institute of Economics, Information and Automated Fisheries Management Systems.
2004-2019 – Deputy Director General for Science of JSC “Russian Space Systems”.
Since 2019 – Advisor to the CEO at TSNIIMASH.
Research Interests
Space information systems, remote sensing of the ocean and atmosphere, system analysis and design, navigation and information systems, small-size space vehicles.
