Alexander Kutuzov

He graduated from the Faculty of Control and Applied Mathematics of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), received additional training in finance (securities, financial management), project management and information services.

Alexander has many years of experience in managing projects and programs in companies such as TNK-BP, FGC UES, Renaissance Capital, Alfa-Bank, Rosno, Volga-Dnepr, SC Olimpstroy and in the fields of energy, oil and gas production, capital construction, infrastructure development, IT.

In 2002, he founded the company PM Expert-leader of the Russian market for project management services. He presently holds the post of the company’s CEO.

Since 2013, he has been an expert in the Council for the Implementation of Project Management in the Federal Executive Bodies and Government Bodies of the Subjects of the Russian Federation under the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

The initiator and one of the key developers of GOST-R 54869-2011, 54870-2011,54871-2011 in project management, programs and portfolios.
